Only the highest quality Belgian chocolate is used in Camaya products. The chocolate is made out of the finest quality cocoa beans from around the world expertly blended to produce chocolate using 100% cocoa butter and 100% natural vanilla.
Dark chocolate does not contain any milk derivatives, whilst no cocoa mass is added to white chocolate. Before adding flavourings, fruits, nuts or other additions chocolate has to be carefully tempered to achieve crystallisation that is important for hardness, shine and excellent melting properties in the mouth.
